Using Tools for PTSD When Working in Disaster Relief and Humanitarian Aid

Denise Cusack (she/her) is a practicing clinical herbalist, certified aromatherapist, medicinal herb grower & plant conservationist, writer, artist, and permaculture systems designer.  Denise lives in Wisconsin (USA) at Lunar Hollow Farm, a botanical sanctuary in the United Plant Savers Botanical Sanctuary Network, where she grows and donates medicinal plants for the HWB seed grants, free clinics, and community outreach. Denise works as Executive Director of Herbalists Without Borders, volunteers with the Veterans Resiliency Holistic Clinic under HWB, runs the HWB US donation distribution network, leads Coordination of global relief work,  and operates HWB US Seed Grants. Denise also volunteers as the Chair of the American Herbalists Guild and sits on the Integrative Medicine for the Underserved Board of Directors.
